Custom mahjong sets, from your artwork to a sealed carton

We are a factory in Dongguan, not a trading desk. Tiles, engraving, printing, racks, mats, bags and the retail box are made in the same building — which is why a colour change or a packing tweak does not need a second supplier in the chain.

How a set gets made

  1. 01

    Artwork and feasibility

Send the design, the tile count and the market. We reply with what can be made as drawn, what cannot, and the closest alternative — usually within one business day. No artwork, no problem: send a photo of a set you like and we work from that.

  2. 02

    Sample

A physical pre-production sample, photographed on the bench and couriered before bulk starts. Three to five days for standard acrylic parts, about a week for printed mats, about a month for a full engraved mahjong set.

  3. 03

    Production

Covering, engraving, UV printing, bonding, polishing and packing happen in one building. In-process checks on thickness and layering, then a full-set inspection before the carton is sealed.

  4. 04

    Packing and shipping

Tiles in racks, racks in the case, case in the carton — or flat-packed for retail. EXW, FOB Shenzhen or DDP by air and sea; we book the forwarder and share tracking until the goods land.

What you can specify

Who this suits

Brands launching a mahjong line, gift companies adding a heritage product, Judaica and game retailers extending their range, and clubs commissioning a house set. We do not sell single units, and we do not sell to end consumers — the minimum is 200 sets because that is what a production run costs to set up.

Start with the artwork, not a catalogue

Send the design, the tile count and the market you sell into. You get a costed quote with a realistic lead time, not a price list — because the price depends on the spec, and we would rather quote your actual set.

Also useful: mahjong tile sizes, what a set costs, how MOQ works.
