The softest bag we make, and the one that most often becomes the gift wrap. 280 gsm velvet in 60+ colours, sized to take a whole American set, with the logo printed or embroidered on the face.

It holds the set

365 × 215 mm flat — the same footprint as a full American set of tiles with its racks, close enough that the bag sits flat once zipped rather than bunching at a corner.

A flat bag, not a gusseted one: if you need the set to be carried with the pushers standing in the rack, take the faux suede bag instead — it has the 50 mm gusset for that.

280 gsm velvet

The weight is the specification that matters. At 280 gsm the fabric has enough body to keep a straight line along the zip and to hold a print without the weave showing through, while staying soft enough to fold flat around the set.

Cheaper velvet shows the problem at the seam: the pile gets pushed flat and the stitch line reads as a pale scar. We use a weight that survives the seam, and we cut so the pile runs the same direction on both panels — otherwise the two halves read as two different shades under a shop light.

60+ colours

The range is mostly deep tones — wine, navy, forest, black, teal — because that is what gift packaging sells in. Pastels and brights fill the rest.

Velvet colour is unreliable in photographs: the pile catches light differently at every angle, so the same bag can look navy in one shot and royal blue in the next. Ask for the swatch images, and for a physical swatch card on a first order.

Logo: print or embroidery

  • Print — flat, photographic; holds gradients, small type and multi-colour artwork.
  • Embroidery — thread with a raised edge; best for a simple wordmark or icon in one or two colours.

Velvet takes both well, but embroidery on very deep colours needs a light or metallic thread to read — worth checking on a sample before the run.

How pricing works

The price follows size, fabric weight, logo method and colour count. A flat bag is cheaper to make than a gusseted one, and print is cheaper than embroidery at low volume because there is no digitising step.

Because the minimum is per colour, the quantity question is really a spread question: one colour at 500 pieces prices better than five colours at 100.

Getting a quote

Minimum is 100 pcs per colour, so the 60-colour range works when you are building a range rather than a single SKU. Bulk lead time is about a month; a sample is about a week, which makes this the fastest of the bags to approve.

Pricing is quoted directly — email or WhatsApp us with the colour, the logo method and the quantity.
